A classic corned beef recipe, using canned corned beef as it's done in the Caribbean. In under 20 minutes, you'll have a tasty spicy corned beef and rice dish.

  • 1 can Grace Corned Beef

  • 4 whole pimento berries
    (Buy Now)
  • ½ teaspoon Grace Scotch Bonnet Pepper Sauce
    (Buy Now)
  • 1 stalk escallion, chopped
  • 1 cloves of garlic, crushed
  • ½ small white onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • 2 sprig of thyme
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp ketchup


    • Heat vegetable oil in a non-stick pot over medium heat.
    • Sauté onions, escallion and garlic until they are soft and translucent.
      Add tomato, thyme and pimento berries and cook for 3 minutes.
    • Add ketchup and scotch bonnet pepper sauce to pot.
    • Open a can of corned beef and add to vegetable mixture with black pepper and cook for another 3 minutes.
    • Serve with a side of steamed rice.
