When will I get my order?
Orders are processed within 2 business days and we work hard to make sure your order go out as fast as possible. As always, we’ll email you with delivery and tracking information, so you’ll know exactly when to expect your package.
Do you ship to my area?
Due to circumstances beyond our control, we are suspending nation wide shipping on all products for the time being. All products can still be purchased for local delivery and store pick up.
We ship to the 48 Contiguous United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO Boxes, APO or DPO address.
Do you ship outside the United States?
No. We are working hard to add other countries to our shipping route with Canada and the UK next on the list, and then worldwide shipping.
Are my transactions on your site secure?
Yes. The security of transactions on our website is extremely important to us, and we do our very best to provide a safe and secure environment for all transactions.
Do I need to sign for my package?
Depending on the carrier delivering the package, you may need to sign for your package.
Do you offer coupons?
Yes, we do send out coupons to our customers from time to time by email and social media. Remember to add the minimum purchase quantity on the specified items and check for other restrictions.
Why isn’t my promo code working?
Please check to make sure your order meets all the requirements of the promo code you are using. If you are still having problems, please feel free to email us at email@example.com.
Can I return/refund an item in my order?
Yes, returns and refunds will be done on a case by case basis so please contact us for further instruction before returning your item. You may also be asked to pay a restocking fee of 10% and the return shipping fee, depending on your reason for the return or refund.
Can I exchange an item in my order?
Due to the current situation with the Covid-19 pandemic we will accept exchanges on a case by case basis. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org about your exchange for further instructions. You may also be asked to pay for return shipping depending on the reason for the exchange.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
We try to process and ship out all our orders as soon as they come in. If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please email us at email@example.com with your order number and we will try our best to cancel your order before it ships out.
