Learn how to make Jamaican Jerk Chicken, This delicious Jamaican dish is easy to make and very tasty.
INGREDIENTS:

4 lbs Chicken

1 whole lemon or lime (for cleaning the chicken)

1 stalk escallion

2 sprigs of thyme
-
1 medium onion
-
2 clove garlic
-
4 whole pimento berries
-
1 teaspoon ginger, crushed

2 tablespoon vegetable oil
-
1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
-
2 tablespoon brown sugar
-
2 tablespoon Walkerswood Jerk Seasoning Mild (Buy Now)

2 tablespoon Walkerswood Jerk Seasoning Hot (Buy Now)

1 tablespoon Grace All-Purpose Seasoning (Buy Now)

1 tablespoon Grace Chicken Seasoning (Buy Now)

1 tablespoon Grace Jerk Seasoning (Buy Now)

Salt to taste
DIRECTIONS:

Cut chicken in smaller pieces and wash with lemon or lime juice in 3 cups of water. Drain excess water from chicken.

Combine escallion, thyme, garlic, pimento berries, ginger, soy sauce, brown sugar and vegetable oil to a blender and blend to form a thick paste.

Add blended season to chicken.

Add Walkerswood Jerk Seasoning Mild and Walkerswood Jerk Seasoning Hot to chicken in a bowl.

Combine Grace All-Purpose, Chicken and Jerk powder seasoning to chicken and add adjust salt to taste.
- Marinate overnight in refrigerator for best results or at least 30 minutes before cooking.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and bake chicken for 1 hour to 1.5 hours, until chicken is golden and crisp. Or cook chicken on grill.
