BRUNSWICK SARDINES WITH WATER CRACKERS

Try this quick, easy and protein pack recipe of Brunswick sardines in Soya oil and excelsior water crackers.

INGREDIENTS:

Brunswick Sardines with Water Crackers
  • 1 Can Bruswick Sardines in Soya Oil (Buy Now)
  • 1 Pack Excelsior Water Crackers (Buy Now)
  • ¼ can tsp Grace Hot Pepper Sauce (Buy Now)
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped onion
  • 1 tsp mayonnaise
  • Black Pepper

    DIRECTIONS: 

    • Drain 1 can of sardines and place in a medium sized bowl.
    • Add onion, mayonnaise, hot pepper sauce, black pepper and
      mix well.
    • Place 5 Excelsior Water Crackers in a circular pattern and place the
      sardine mixture in the center.
    • Garnish with cabbage, sweet peppers and tomato (optional).
    • Enjoy.
