Try this quick, easy and protein pack recipe of Brunswick sardines in Soya oil and excelsior water crackers.
- 1 Can Bruswick Sardines in Soya Oil (Buy Now)
- 1 Pack Excelsior Water Crackers (Buy Now)
- ¼ can tsp Grace Hot Pepper Sauce (Buy Now)
1 tbsp finely chopped onion
- 1 tsp mayonnaise
- Black Pepper
- Drain 1 can of sardines and place in a medium sized bowl.
Add onion, mayonnaise, hot pepper sauce, black pepper andmix well.
Place 5 Excelsior Water Crackers in a circular pattern and place thesardine mixture in the center.
Garnish with cabbage, sweet peppers and tomato (optional).
