JCS Tamarind Ball is made with the sticky flesh of the tamarind fruit, rolled into a ball shaped and coated in sugar which results into round, sweet and sour balls. These flavorful, sweet treats are enjoyed throughout the Caribbean because they have the perfect balance of sweet and sour taste.
